Refund policy

General Return Policy

14 Day Return for most unopened and unused items. When received, items should be inspected before use, and any damage must be reported immediately within 14 days of delivery. Opened Items are not returnable.

Orders will incur a 20% restocking fee if returned. All Original Packaging, Bonus Items, must be received or value deducted from the final return due.

Electronic Items including, but not limited to, Nail Lamps, Filing Machines, LED Lamps, Dust Collectors, etc. are NOT returnable once opened. All warranty and defective claims must be claimed with Manufacturer.

Store Credit may be provided for some returns.
Damaged deliveries must be reported immediately, and customer is responsible to keep the packaging and packing slip. A claim will be processed, and we will require photos of how the box arrived, the internal damage, and the packing slip. We won’t be able to process a claim without all the required proof.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@tttnails.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FOR BEGINNERS, DIY, and NON-PROFESSIONALS

Due to screen/device variations and product updates, photos may not 100% represent what you will receive. We recommend buying colors and products that you are already familiar with or have researched thoroughly. We are available to send photos and videos to help with your decision or to show our current inventory.
Many items are intended for professional use, and it is recommended to seek training or to practice on a practice device before applying to avoid injury or other adverse reactions.

MANUFACTURER “MATCHING” Colors

Due to the popularity of “Matching” sets of Gel, Dip, and Nail Lacquer (Polish), brands have released colors that still may vary from product to product. This is not guaranteed and is based solely on the batch from the manufacturers. Unfortunately, we cannot accept this issue for return once opened and used.
” Matching” collections and Color Charts may need minor updates from the end user as some colors may change or be updated per manufacturer.

Complete Sets / Color Collections / Full Set Promotions

These sets are available for customers who are aware of the product line, and ready to carry the whole line in their salon, store, etc. We do not offer these sets as a “trial” and any dissatisfaction with the product line is not returnable.
When received, items should be inspected before use, and any damage must be reported immediately within 14 days of delivery.
We will do our best to provide any support for damaged, missing or defective items. We will require you to keep your packing slip, packing boxes, etc. to submit for claim. Missing information may result in a denied claim.
Free items included in the sets are part of the package for that specific set. We may need to substitute if an item is out of stock.
Warranty for all items in the set are the responsibility of the manufacturer. You will need to contact the manufacturer for support and troubleshooting.

Defective Items / Warranty Claims

All warranty or defective claims are handled through the manufacturer. We do not carry spare parts or have the repair service center.
Manufacturers request distributors to send customers directly through their RMA processing to improve their quality and be first to know of any issues.
If you report a defective item to us immediately, we will help to connect you to the proper warranty resources from the manufacturer.
Items marked as new are new and unopened from the manufacturer. We do not open or test new products before shipment.

Full Sets

By opening and using the products, you are responsible for being already familiar with the particular product and trained for proper application.
” Matching” collections are based on manufacturer formulations and may not be an exact match. Color Charts may need minor updates as some colors may change or be updated per manufacturer.
